Open source
The operating systems we run — open source
The GTM, RevOps, and paid-ads playbooks we run for clients, packaged as installable Claude Code plugins. Add the marketplace and install any of them in one command — or have us run them for you.
/plugin marketplace add initforthevibe/ryzoOpen source
Three operating systems. One marketplace.
Each is the real system we run for clients, published as an installable Claude Code plugin. Install from the ryzo marketplace, or fork the skills on GitHub.
The plugins
Install what we run for clients
Why plugins, not SaaS
You're not alone. These are the problems we hear from every B2B company spending €5K+ a month on tools that don't talk to each other.
Markdown-native
Every skill is a markdown file you can read top to bottom — no black-box prompts, no proprietary DSL. If you can read a README, you can read the whole system.
Forkable, no lock-in
MIT-licensed. Clone the repo, change the thresholds, rewrite a skill for your own workflow. Nothing is gated behind a subscription tier.
No per-seat pricing
Install once, run it against as many campaigns, prospects, or deals as you want. There's no per-user fee that punishes you for growing the team.
The system we actually run
These aren't marketing plugins built to look good in a demo. They're the exact skills Ryzo runs for paying clients — published, not repackaged.
Get started
How to get started
Every engagement follows the same four-phase process. Augmentation clients stay at step three — overlay mode. Replacement happens only when the new systems prove themselves.
Add the marketplace
Run /plugin marketplace add initforthevibe/ryzo once in Claude Code. This registers all three operating systems as installable plugins.
Add the marketplace
Run /plugin marketplace add initforthevibe/ryzo once in Claude Code. This registers all three operating systems as installable plugins.
Install the plugin
/plugin install outbound-os@ryzo (or revops-os / performance-os). Skills and commands land in your Claude Code environment in one command — nothing to clone or configure yet.
Configure with your context
Point the skills at your own data: company context, CRM, ad accounts, or sending domain. Most skills read from a context file or ask for the keys they need the first time you run them.
Run it
Invoke a skill directly — build a prospect list, score a lead, audit an ad account — and let it chain into the next step in the pipeline.
Or have Ryzo run it
Prefer not to operate it yourself? We run the same plugin against your stack. Book an audit and we take it from there.
Prefer we run it for you?
Install the systems yourself from the ryzo marketplace, or have Ryzo deploy and operate them on your stack. Start with an audit that maps your GTM tooling and what the operating systems replace.
Continue with Ryzo? Your audit fee is credited to the engagement — you only pay once.
